Over the last 2 days, ROBATEL's sales teams from the La Hague and Genas sites met at Futuroscope for a seminar focused on cohesion and performance.

๐Ÿ’™ The seminar was an ideal opportunity for our staff to get together outside the workplace, forge stronger links and reinforce team spirit. A real moment of conviviality and exchange that helped to unite the troops and boost motivation for the rest of the year.

๐Ÿ“ˆ Together, we took stock of the first half of the year, analysing the offerings of recent months and the outlook for the future.ย This was a crucial exercise in identifying strengths and areas for improvement, so we could define an even more effective sales strategy for the second half of the year.

๐ŸŽฏ The seminar was also an opportunity to plan the coming months in detail, defining clear objectives and concrete actions to achieve them. An ambitious action plan, fuelled by the enthusiasm and determination of all the teams.
