Seminar: Cohesion and Operational Excellence in Ardèche

From 26 to 27 March, the account managers from our two establishments, accompanied by the Project Quality team, met in Ardèche for a seminar focusing on cohesion and operational excellence.
 
Over the course of the two days, participants were able to:
💙 Strengthen links between teams and encourage inter-site collaboration
🤝 Share best practice and draw inspiration from individual and collective successes
📈 Develop their skills through multiple workshops
